A gentle path to deeper health

Individual Sessions
Every session begins with a conversation to understand where you are and what you're seeking. From there, the work unfolds through gentle, listening touch — supporting your body's own healing intelligence. There is no manipulation, force, or agenda — only a deep respect for what your system is ready to process.
- A session often lasts about 60 minutes
- Carried out on a comfortable treatment table
- Light, non-invasive touch is used

What to Expect
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll receive a client intake form ahead of your appointment — please complete and return it before your session so we can tailor the experience to your needs. Beyond that, there's no special preparation needed — just come as you are.
You'll lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands gently on various parts of your body — the head, spine, feet, or wherever your system draws attention. You may feel subtle sensations, warmth, pulsing, or deep relaxation. Some people drift into a restful state; others remain quietly aware. There is no right or wrong experience.
Many people feel deeply relaxed, more grounded, or clearer after a session. Some notice emotional and/or physical shifts continuing to move and settle over the following days — this is a natural part of the body's processing. It's helpful to allow some quiet time afterwards and to drink plenty of water.
